It's been a while since I've had an exhibition.
I'm going to have a group exhibition with friends who I've been friends with since college.
We named the group "tetras" because we want to continue to work together as a group on a regular basis.
Normally there are four of us, but this time there will be three of us because one of us is on maternity leave.
It has been more than 10 years since we graduated, and each of us has been projecting what we feel in our daily lives into our works.
Sculpture, in particular, is a field in which it is difficult to continue making art while living, but my friends' diverse works in paper cutouts, ceramics, embroidery, and clothing seem to show that they do not want to give up expressing something, even if they cannot use sculpture as a method.
This time, I will be exhibiting small sculpture works and woodblock prints.
If you are interested in any of my works, please feel free to contact any of the members.
In the midst of the confusion of the new coronavirus, we will be waiting for you at the gallery with infection control measures in place. Please come and visit us.
